How a massage session unfolds

The session begins with a brief discussion: how you feel today, areas of tension, and your goal. The massage then follows a progressive rhythm and adapts to your needs.

Tip: arrive 5 minutes early to settle in comfortably.

The steps of the session

1. Welcome and discussion

We take a moment to discuss how you feel, your areas of tension, your expectations, as well as any health conditions or contraindications.

Aim: to adapt the session with precision.

2. Comfortable setup

You settle onto the massage table. A towel and, if needed, a blanket help maintain warmth and preserve your privacy.

Optimal comfort to help the nervous system relax.

3. Massage session

The massage begins gently, then deepens according to your needs: overall relaxation, recovery, or focused work on specific areas such as the back, neck, legs, or head.

You can ask for the pressure to be adjusted at any time.

4. Massage oils

The oils used are natural and organic. They support the massage and promote relaxation.

For Ayurvedic massages, I also use traditional Ayurvedic oils: plant-based oils prepared with specific herbs and selected according to the balance of the doshas.

Please mention any known allergy or sensitivity.

Before and after the session

Before

No specific preparation is required. Comfortable clothing makes it easier to settle in. Avoid a heavy meal just before the session.

After

Take a few moments to return gently. Regular hydration can support recovery.
